7. Classes – Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Reserved bikes or services may be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time with no penalties. Cancellations can be made by logging into your account via the CycleFusion app.

Bikes or services not cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled class will result in a late fee of $15. If a rider does not show up, they will be charged a no-show fee of $20.

8. Your Account

To fully access and use the functionality of the site, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and username.

You are also responsible for restricting access to your devices (your carrier’s normal messaging, data, and other rates and fees may apply). You accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account.

Your account is solely for your own use, and you may not have more than one account. CycleFusion is not responsible for any third-party access to your account. Please notify us immediately if there are any security concerns or unauthorized use.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly. Children aged 13 or older must have permission from a parent or guardian to create an account.
